- Only users who have accessed less than 20% of the course content are eligible.
- Refunds are not available for completed courses.

- Courses purchased at a discounted rate.

- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Course Cancellations
In case Tutor Mentor cancels a course, a full refund will be provided to all enrolled students.
